Yuko is a Filipino-Japanese art director and designer based in Manila, Philippines. She's been working in the creative industry since 2013, crafting ideas across advertising, graphic design, and digital experiences.
Over the years, she has contributed and led work for Unilever Philippines, Tribal DDB Philippines, JWT Manila (now VML Manila), Dentsu JaymeSyfu, and Hakuhodo Vietnam, with 3 years spent in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam working on local and regional projects.
As a freelance art director and designer, she has also collaborated with agencies including Seven AD, Publicis One Singapore, Oliver APAC, Pitchday Singapore, and VML Manila.
Outside of work, Yuko is a fashion girlie who loves getting her nails done, thrifting and shopping for clothes, and dressing in bold colors and patterns. She also enjoys her gym classes for that extra dopamine. Weekends are spent either on TikTok as a chronically online doomscroller, trying out the new cafe that just opened in the neighborhood with her besties and hoping it has good decaf, or discovering a new hobby she'll obsess over before moving on to the next. 😗
